Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Please note that the return shipping time is not included in the refund processing time.

  • Tags attached: All original tags must be attached and intact
  • Original packaging: Items should be returned in original packaging when possible

  • Complete set: All accessories and components must be included

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund:

  • Inspection time: 2-3 business days after receiving your return
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking number for your records.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
